Over the past several years TRIO-US has worked to create Sponsorship Opportunities where we collaborate with our Industry Partners to put together events benefiting not only the communities, but offer tangible benefits to the Sponsors. 

Sponsorship Levels

For each event we offer different levels of sponsorships ranging from being the Platinum Sponsor down to a literature drop or table top signage.  Click through the below tabs to see examples of our sponsorship levels or click here to view our current Sponsorship Events.

  • Platinum Sponsor Recognition at all phases of conference:
    • Invitations, Social Media, Podium, Event Signage
  • Prominent Company recognition on TRIO-US website including company profile
  • Prominent Logo listed on Registration and Program Materials
  • Company name listed by sponsorship level on conference signage board 
  • Company “Spotlight” on two e-blasts
  • Recognition at conference
  • Complimentary Registrations tickets (in-person and/or virtual amount will differ for each event)
  • 1 Literature drop (in-person)
  • 1 Table Top Exhibit Space
  • 1 Large Virtual Exhibit Booth
  • 1 Invitation to present during product theater
  • Auditorium named after Sponsor

For each event there will only be one Platinum Sponsorship available.

  • Company recognition on TRIO-US website
  • Listed on Registration and Program Materials
  • Company name listed by sponsorship level on conference signage board
  • Recognition at conference

There can be multiple sponsors at the Bronze Level.

Sponsorship Event Types

Below are the two main areas for our Industry Partners to support TRIO-US.  We are also looking at other areas we can support the local communities near our TRIO-US Network Sites and potentially host events at national conferences. 

TRIO-US Annual Research Conference

The Annual Research Conference has been going on since 1996 and has a national impact on oncologists, internal medicine physicians, oncology nurses, and clinical research professionals from across the United States. It has been successful in boosting the accrual of numerous historical clinical trials, while educating attendees on the current state of multiple diseases and ongoing research. Women In Oncology Initiative

The Women in Oncology Initiative (WIO) is a platform that advances women through leadership, networking and educational opportunities.
